Service Description
This is your full reset — a complete experience designed to cleanse, treat, shape, and define your natural curls. Whether your hair is Afro, curly, coily, or mixed texture, we start with a deep cleansing wash to remove build-up, followed by a hydrating treatment to bring life and bounce back to your strands. You'll then receive a precision cut tailored to your texture and desired shape, followed by curl definition styling to enhance your natural pattern. We believe that healthy curls start with moisture, so every session includes a treatment — not as an extra, but as a necessity. ✂️ Service Levels: All are stretched lengths 🔹 Short Hair – £80 (TWA, cropped, tapered styles – above shoulders) Cleanse, condition, cut, and define for shape and hydration. 🔹 Medium Hair – £100 (Shoulder to armpit length) For curls that need revival, reshaping, and extra care to define and hydrate. 🔹 Long Hair – £120 (Armpit length and beyond, including thick/dense textures) Includes realistic times for detangling, shaping, and deep treatment to support length and definition. ✨ All services include: ✔️ Full cleansing wash ✔️ Hydrating moisture treatment ✔️ Precision cut tailored to curl pattern ✔️ Curl definition with styling finish ✔️ Aftercare advice to maintain your shape at home
Cancellation Policy
📌 Afro Mystique UK Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Afro Mystique UK. Please read and agree to the following before booking your appointment. 💳 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount goes toward your final balance. Deposits are non-transferable unless a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given to reschedule. If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited. ⏱️ Timing & Appointments Please arrive on time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed — after this, your appointment may be cancelled or adjusted. Appointments are timed carefully based on the service booked. If your hair requires additional time (e.g. thick/matted hair, extra detangling), extra charges may apply. New clients should allow extra time for full consultations and breaks. Most premium packages are 4.5 to 6 hours depending on service. 💵 Pricing All prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on: Hair length/thickness Amount of product used Time required to complete the service Final price will be confirmed during your consultation or at the start of your service. 💇🏽♀️ Service Conditions Please arrive with your hair detangled and free of buildup unless you've booked a take-down service. For weave or braid take-downs, inform us how long the style has been in so proper timing can be allocated. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. 📸 Photos & Content Photos or videos may be taken during/after your session for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, just let me know beforehand. ❤️ Respecting Time & Energy My goal is to give each client my full attention and care. Please respect my time as I do yours by honoring these policies and communicating in advance where needed. By booking, you agree to these terms. For this service: A higher deposit or full pre-payment may be required (this will be communicated upon booking). Rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to avoid loss of deposit. Due to the custom nature of these services, refunds are not offered once services have commenced or for custom-ordered hair systems.
